How It Works

1. Complete the referral form below before your friend makes a reservation.
2. Have them call 803-597-1905 to reserve there unit and let us know you referred them.
3. Once they sign their rental agreement and move in, you each receive one free month of rent.

There are no limits to how many friends you can refer!

Who Qualifies

To keep things simple and fair:

The referral form must be submitted before the new customer makes a reservation and moves in
The referred customer must be new to Storage Depot – Newberry
Both accounts must be current and in good standing
The existing customer will receive their free month as an account credit applied to the billing cycle after the referred customer moves in
The referred customer must pay their first month’s rent and startup fee at the time they confirm their reservation; after move-in, a credit equal to one month’s rent will be applied to their account and will go toward future billing
Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be applied to past-due balances
